I don't know how you people manage to find these places, but I have done some fishing. Bottom one is the Ixali logging grounds in North Shroud, middle is something-something Thanalan...outside Blackbrush station where the efts are maybe? First one is the entrance to the 'Skalla dungeon if I remember right.

It's in The Fringes, inside the Schism temple right under the Circle of Answering.

It's in South Shroud-Upper Paths, not far south from Buscarron's Druthers.

My best guess at the moment is The Peaks-Specula Imperatoris.
