Some time back I managed to find a retainer in the wild. I was in the PVP area unlocking it for an Alt and saw this....











I had found another along time back, but with the tens of thousands of screenshots I have, I couldn't find it.

Anybody else find one recently?

It gets in the way. I shrunk everything else on my screen already once I figured out how to do it. Those pictures are fairly old.

Haven’t ever noticed one myself. And I spend a good deal of time out in the world. Glad I happened upon this topic. Will keep my eyes open for one!

I think of the same logic behind why we can carry around a full arsenal of weapons and armor, 140 slots of whatever we want, 9999 of each elemental shard, crystal and cluster and being able to hide it all. MAGIC INFINITY POCKETS!!!

I saw one walking the path in Western La Noscea headed toward Swiftperch, likely from Aleport back in the 2.3 days, haven't seen one since. Should have gotten a screenshot but didn't think of it.

Seeing more retainers would be wonderful, the world seems incredibly dull between the lack of NPCs, no voice acting in the world and the stationary nature of the NPCs that do exist. I was really hoping at relaunch the non-quest NPCs would be active instead of standing in the same spot with the same text bubbles no matter what time of day it is.
