B) Is still in the de-bugging and testing phase of development
C) We don't know when it will actually be implemented
D) We don't know what it's final form and function will be

I'm out too. Final straw. All items in game are "optional". Games are optional. The more we accept partial games with the "option" to buy the whole game the more it'll keep happening. Items you don't "need" are what keep f2p games in business. I pay a sub so I don't have to worry about what I get or don't get in the base game. Do we really want our sub to give us the bare minimum game play experience of a free to play game? Cause that where this feels like it's headed. A sub model should include all aspects of the game. The same thing happened in another sub based games cash shop, started small and now all the best mounts are there and the "normal" players get reskins for rep grinds. Players paying more get a better more complete game.

I've been sick of the "cosmetic/optional" argument for years but I put up with it. People play these games for different reasons. If you're a "glamour is endgame" player, how are these items not pay to win? Anything besides basic account services (name change, server transfers, character rerolls) is gameplay that some one may have enjoyed having as part of what should be a full game. Now it's more inventory? In a game designed to flood you with more items than you'll ever need. Encourage hoarding, limit space. Be more f2p model why don't you.

Overall, bottom line, I've never felt SE reinvests enough of the profits back into this game and now I feel they are taking it one step further by nickel and diming us for new content and QOL improvements that should be included with a sub.

Also, if you're upset that people are posting these complaints here blame SE for not having a legit exit survey. I've been playing for years and they ask one multiple choice question with cherry picked answers when I leave. First and last post!
