    FFXIV will absolutely have a declining subscriber base if they keep hashing out the same formula without breaking away from it too much. It's fine that they experiment with stuff like Eureka but it's not enough.

    The question is what is enough though? Change too much and ppl will be unhappy, change too little and ppl will be unhappy, change somewhat in the middle and yet again ppl will be unhappy.
