[Breaking News] Behold! The loot from the Dark Moogle Battle!!

I like the GLD, PUG, CON and THAU weapons, I like how SE combined the Moogles into the weapons to make it a working, functioning part of the weapon!

MAR... it looks plain beside those four, if you're gonna put a white moggles on all the weapons, put it on MAR too. It looks out of place among the others.


LNC and ARC... it looks like they ran out of ideas and had to put the moogle somewhere so they just plopped the poor thing onto the weapon wherever they could and called it a day. It would have been awesome if they have incorporated it INTO the weapons... as soon as I saw the rest this is what I instantly thought of::

...and I did this right as I woke up and I usually take more time on my drawings so if you don't like it, oh well.


The bows main body could have BEEN the Moogle with his little head at the top with his wings popping out. Make the middle all white to simulate the body and then have it go into wood for the rest. Also thought it would be cute (but it wouldn't have to be there) if the tops of the bow were moogle wings holding the bow string in place! Maybe when it was out and activated the wings would flap like the Thau Moogle spins!

For the LNC, it would be a silver-ish lance to simulate a shiny skinned moogle. At the top would be the moogles head, with the arms popping out the side of the top of the lance. Then the moogles bat wings would be raised up into a purplish metal and form the two blades of the lance!

My bad concept art (usually I take longer on my drawings lol) I just drew it for a basic idea when I woke up and saw what they had done lol.

Great attempt at weapon designs, but with the bow with the moogle in the middle, do you know what it will look like when someone shoots with it? The moogle will shoot a raging arrow out of its hoo-haa. That is one arrow that will traumatize me.

I don't even want to picture what it'll look like in stasis, arrow nocked. It's wrong.
