    The armoire needs more room.

200 is not enough for all of my items combined. 500 would've been a lot nicer. I really love my cosmetics and id like to keep them stored in my armoire but I cant fit them all.

you mean the glamor dresser? it's technically still in beta. once more testing results have been gathered they'll make changes to it.

The thing is, forget about the armorie as extra storage space because it's not. The armorie does not work in the same way your inventory or retainer works, it works by actually physically deleting the item completely from your inventory, while flagging it to be restored when you want to 'retrieve' it (this is why it resets all customization made to it like dye or spiritbonding when you retrieve it, the original version is deleted and it's simply restoring it to a default state as it is essentially giving you an entirely new version of that item).

Hence why they're deliberately careful with what items that they allow to be placed in it - the more items they add the greater the chance of a bug getting into it that could cause issues to the whole thing - can you imagine the outcry if for instance someone was able to store a fully melded and completed anima weapon in there and due to a bug it ended up being lost forever?

SE are actually being wise in this regard by being very careful about what items they allow to be placed in the armorie for this reason.

I'm well aware of what it does. There's no reason to remove a glamour items from it. Its a glamour so it stays in the dresser and doesn't need to be taken out honestly. Im not asking for put key items like relics into the dresser I just want more slots than 200. I'm not talking about storage.

No one here is talking about storage space. They're talking about glamour space.

Then learning the difference between the Armoire and the Dresser is good...

this topic is about the glamour dresser, despite the topics name.... however:

i have waaay more rare items in the armoire at this point than a completed anima weapon: event gear from lightning returns, the dragonquest event, yokai weapons, pre-order bonus gear, these cactuar, bomber and the other earrings wich you could by for a limited time, gear from the promotions where you also got the white fat chocobo and the cloud mount and i have the scarf of wondrous wit in there, wich i have won in a forum event...

that's gear i will likely NEVER get again when lost, while i always can redo a lost anima weapon.

You can buy most of this stuff back from the calamity scavenger NPC. There's also a NPC that you can buy all the starter gear, level 50, 60 and 70 gear from. The keyword is that you had to have had it before. Like those boxes you get when you complete the level 70 job quest, which are used for Eureka gear upgrades you can buy the gear from them without opening the original box. So game is only looking at your achievement lists or something internally similar to decide if you can buy it back.

no, you can't buy any of the gear back i have listed. the only exception is the buttler and maid attire wich you can buy for real money in the mog station - but it's not the same gear, just a reskin.

i have added pre-order bonus items and the cactuar and bomber earrings to the list... ^^
