I don't understand this strategy. Why would one bring out new content that makes the content from the previous patch obsolete. A moogle suit would have been fine. But weapons again? Really? I can throw away my Ifrit weapon(s) already? Really?!

What if they actually have comparable stats with either small differences that can make they better in some sittuations and worse in others?

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if they have the exact same stats and just a different element.

I dont like them, the Axe looks great, the sword looks really stretched, the pug looks too soft and with their heads on front it looks very violent lol.

Also "Dark Moogle" was much more fear-sum and exciting than "Good King Moogle".

i like the way they look just fine, they made me giggles. i don't get too into realizm or what a game should have or not have graphically and looks wise. my fav parts of ffxi even were the gridania quests cause it was all tarutaru's and it just made me smile and laugh witch is what moogles do as well ..so like some have stated it fits in fine.

but like one has mentioned though ...dun dun dun ...why weapons again? i already felt like i knew that the ifrit weapons were gonna be useless after that fight but now that it's happened it's like ehhhh? why? a nice pair of shoes would of been cool. basically what it means to me is only do the content for 1 piece for 1 class and your really done. why gear every class you have, all it is at this point is for the sake of doing so only.

and yeah endgame usually is just gearing a class, and if you do more it just makes the battles easier to gear. it's a retarded cycle though when you only have just that content to use it in.
