10 extra CP for endgame crafting is a lot, and it'll completely change endgame too.
Being bounty to a house isn't a huge problem, hell even apartments would work..

They should be useful at all levels though really. Maybe +20 craft control and co. But the buff can't be stacked with food...

Or hell even a speed buff or bulk buff or something...

Make the work stations grant a speed buff to quick synthesis that would be useful.

Or let them allow you to craft in bulk. Like instead of crafting for example 1 woollen yarn a time. Let the stations allow you to make 3 or 4 providing you got enough fleece...

That would actually work quite well. Out in the field with ya little spinning wheel. Can only do one thing a time. In ya house with a full blown weavers loom. Make more..

If the goal is to help leveling crafters, than just expand their use every expansion.

For Stormblood, crafters level 1-60, on crafts for levels 1-60, get the boost. When Definintely-Not-More-Othard comes out, expand that to 70. Maybe even add additional substations for different effects, instead of the 8 different professions.

Add one for Control, Craft, CP, durability, starting quality, stuff like that.

Even a few points increased in any stat would alter endgame crafters. They want as much control and CP as possible, if the stations gave craftsmanship they'd remove materia from their gear and replace it with control for that much more of a boost. The only boost I can think of is guaranteed Stroke of Genius for non-specialists. I've only just gotten to the point where I can HQ Ala Mhigan gear, but i've already swapped specialists twice since making it to 70. Reducing the penalty for being a non-specialist would at least lighten the load of omnicrafting a little.

Why limit 'levelling' to 10 levels below cap?
Why not up to level 69?
