paying customers are not completely satisfied with a product they are spending their money on, and want to voice their disliking said service and wish to receive a proper return on their investment. That's not entitlement, that's just business.

Dark Knight's issue have persisted from not just SB launch. To this day, Blood weapon/Price being locked to stances, Shadow Wall and Blood weapon on a job that needs to double weave a lot do not make sense. At all. I think that's what bugs me the most about DRK currently.

That's not a valid argument for leaving DRK with its current issues for so long. They should not be waiting for such a long time to fix/balance a job.

Do you understand what you just posted? You're saying it is acceptable for them to repeat the PLD 3.0 incident with every job they don't know how to fix when they have already proved they can fix them in a timely manner.

The reality is, there are jobs they know how to fix and jobs they don't even know how they work on the basic level. DRK, MNK, BLM & WHM are clear examples of jobs they don't know what to do, and how in general most jobs don't really make full use of the new job gauges; But yes, we should definitely praise their biannual attempts when they happen. /s
