Eruptions on tank ?

Hi,

we did some Ifrit runs tonight and something quite weird happened. After Hellfire, eruptions would randomly pop on me (MRD, tanking) or a bit on my right, between me and my right healer. This also happened once or twice those last few days but we just though maybe it was someone at the wrong place or something like that. We checked tonight and there was no one that could have triggered them at those spots.
My hate was blinking red all the time so it's not like I would have been 2 on hate list for a few seconds.

Maybe I am missing something ? Did a lot of runs tough and it's the first time I see this happening.

Ca m'est arrivé 2 ou 3 fois aussi la semaine dernière, pas moyen de reculer plus vu que je suis déjà collé dos au cercle, obligé de me déporter sur la gauche et du coup hors de portée du healer de droite qui normalement n'a pas ou rarement d'éruption vu que je le complice dès que possible.

Tout ce qu'on pense c'est un DD un peu trop près au début mais l'éruption devrait le suivre or ça ne se passe pas toujours comme ça. Je me souviens la dernière fois la première éruption n'était pas sur moi je n'ai donc pas bougé par contre les 2 suivantes sont venues sur moi ce qui n'est pas normal.

My LS has been experiencing some weird things this week. For us, some Eruptions would pop on the player spawn point even though no one was back there. This was also only after Hellfire. We also had someone die but couldn't raise him because the game said he had 1 HP.

If you have too many dead people, sometimes the eruption spawn point can get a little whacky.

usually happens is the dd dies and the tank gets all the hate, the tank can avoid them by running through his legs and then back to spot till the dd gets some hate

I see. Maybe it's something like that then. We had a few deaths but nothing out of the ordinary (for us at least). I'll check it out on our next runs. Still seems a bit strange to me.

if no one was getting hate then the eruptions will shift to tank, they have to keep damage up, or healers got heal aot


one other possibility is one of your dd got in front of ifrit for a second and spawns the cracks

I did some more runs yesterday and everything seemed to be back to normal. I guess it was indeed about the lack of hate DDs were generating.
