Yeah I mean if they where outright spamming and being obnoxious that is a different issue, but hard to see if the OP is just being overboard or if it is a real issue. In an ideal world, GM's saying just blacklist the person would mean it is not a big deal and nothing they can do, did the TC fully explain why the GMs should of looked at it? there is a lot of missing information for us to draw a proper conclusion for us to offer something really meaningful.

Giving a GM the power to ban "On sight" without looking into the issue is anything but civilized. its tyranny, and not fair to anyone.
