Unsubscribed today Eureka killed it

Unsub threads are one of the best kind of time-killing entertainment there is and this thread did not disappoint. Whether OP unsubs or not is irrelevant; it's what is being vented about people should give thought.

In my opinion, Eureka should've been packaged together with 4.2 release to mitigate the game's linearity. It's much easier to be critical of it as a standalone patch content because at the time of its release, the endgame playerbase has consumed most of 4.2, leaving people waiting with baited breath for fulfilling content.

Suffice to say that I'm also of the opinion that the people currently unsubbing due to Eureka being the drop that made their cup runneth over are people who are just taking an extended break rather than perma-quitting. At least that's what I'm doing as well. I don't hate ff14 but I am tired and I'd rather wait to let content build up to a sufficient amount instead, rather than slog through it and come to hate it.
