Look by that same standard... do you think that healers should be punished EVERYWHERE!?! because that's pretty much what you're calling for OP as a person that generally takes some form of healer for every single alt they make I can tell you being healer sucks alot. It already takes a healer two times as long to kill an enemy. Picture the levelling grind for that.. Then we get dungeouns where it seems like NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING! and not just the starters. We hardly ever get to be adventurers in need that seems exclusive to tank 99.98% of the time. So no bonuses to help raise our rank quicker. And now you want the one thing we're good at (Healing) To be nerfed cause you get the teams that dont want to cooperate?NO! Welcome to PvP in every MMO ever.

So just because the leveling with healer suck(the roulette que still faster with healer then dps, just sayin), you have the right for being unbalanced and ruin the random pvp gameplay, right. Normally your team should to protect you, not you should to tank down 2-3 dps from the enemy team. Anyway check back the forum posts, not only i feel the pvp bad because of healers, which mean it is not only my problem. (I deleted some of your words because not enough character for my answer, no offense!)
