As much as I love their outfits, given their track record on stuff like this, there would either be no male equivalents, or the male versions would be intensely disappointing, so I'd rather they just not bother and save me having to get angry over the result. If they could manage decent male versions, though, I'd be all for it.

Okay, you're either trolling or there's something seriously being lost in translation here. YES, Yuna and Rikku are ALSO in FFX-2, however, they have different outfits and hair in that game, and the OP is saying they would like to have minions of them in THOSE outfits, as well as one of Paine from X-2, made available in FFXIV.
