This has only become an issue as of Tuesday after the recent maintenance. I also uninstalled and reinstalled my game and client, with no improvement. Not sure what to do at this point.
Do you share your bandwidth with anyone? anyone streaming on it? If not it could be your ISP connection, ( some throttle during certain times )or too many players in. Try lowering resources for in game should help. Had that issue before, now it's rare I do.
