I'm starting to wonder about the OP. I personally would Like to see Setoto(female Tonberry) be cured and use Lilac to aid us. Though Lilac was her father's, it clear that a faerie's ownership can be transfered; like with us and Lily. Plus I would love to see more faeries with new designs, and see what names they might have: Rose, Heather, Laurel, Poppy, Violet, Primrose, Magnolia, Anemone, Rosemary... so many options, XD

Always felt off to only have 2 fairies when the summoner has 3 possible pets (ranged/melee/tank) with a "super summon" when conditions are right.

Honestly I would really like to see Lilac be a new fairy for scholar but with that said I would think she would have to be something equal to demi-bahamut meaning you can only summoner her for a short period of time and either only during dire situation or when certain conditions are met. This would also mean you can't control her and would be completely on auto. Maybe have her heal for heal as well as shield for shield and give her her own ahk morn but instead of dealing burst damage it burst heals. Though question is would this be overpowered or even needed?

With all that said I don't really scholar so what do I know ^w^

I may be a level 70 Schollar...but its more of a "Ok I did it...but i prefer white mage" - but you have a valid regardless.

I will say that a "super summon" being a 3rd fairy would be a good compromise....not sure what it would do..maybe a glorified "medica II/Assizze" like spell with buff's to defense?
gives you a decent unaspected DPS kick..with a major health boost.
Slightly longer cool down time to prevent it from being OP....etc.

If you wanna use your bright pink text to draw attention to yourself (nothing wrong with this, pink is great) at least spell faerie correctly.

Lore-wise a Scholar's fairy is bound to their soul crystal. Unless we switch soul crystals with someone else (which I don't believe is even possible), a new fairy can't exist.

Also, personal opinion but I hope to god we never get a dps fairy. Having the fairy double up on dps would basically make Scholar a full-on DPS with oGCD healing abilities

Personally, I believe that the only realistic way to introduce a new faerie is through the job storyline. Surito Carito just just tell us "There was one secret hidden in my Soul Crystal, a secret faerie........LAVENDER!!"

If a new faerie was to exist, I agree with you that it shouldn't be a DPS. However, I would LOVE a faerie that has the basic Embrace spell, and that the rest of her abilities would mimic that of the physical ranged DPS Cross-Role Abilites, such as Lower Potency Versions of Refresh and Tactician, possibly even a shorter length Peloton.

Gotta keep it up with the L Theme, Laurel or Lavender, possibly even the amazing LEAF

People are getting so caught up with names for new fairies they're forgetting if we do get a "new" fairy it would actually just be a new form for Lily named after a Greek Goddess and not a whole new fairy. Eos and Selene are the same individual just different forms, a new form to summon would be called Metis or Hera or Athena or Psyche or something. We gotta remember a fairy's brain is literally the soul crystal, you can't make a whole new person out of a brain that's already got a person. Unless they go ahead and tell us "Oh Lily actually as split personalities" but that seems like so much more work to write for than just "Hey new form" and I don't expect them to do much.

Alternative aspects to Lily could allow for new fairies, but how does one add a new aspect to Dusk and Dawn?

Midday and Midnight perhaps? A Hemera and Nyx, Greek goddesses of Day and Night respectively. (Selene is actually the goddess of the moon, not dusk. Eos' husband Astraeus was the god of dusk.)

Personally though, I'd like to see both fairies 'upgrade' into Hemera and Nyx, kinda like Demi-Bahamut does.
