    I originally posted this to Bug Reports but it was moved without any reply.

    As for the steps taken, I have tried swapping to DX9, updated my graphics drivers, disabled as many programs as I could, setting the compatibility mode, and just disabling my anti-virus, alongside a reboot. None of this seemed to work and from my own research on the topic it seemed when others had this issues in an instanced zone (Like a dungeon) it would resolve itself once they were finally kicked out from the party and thus would be teleported to another zone. I am able to log into any other character so part of me wonders if this is the same issue and being able to have the character transported to any other zone might resolve it.

    I am currently trying to see if this can be resolved without an uninstall/reinstall simply because of how long that might take on my current internet.

    Unfortunately the next thing we would suggest would be a uninstall and reinstall the game. Please keep us updated on if this resolves your issue.
