Oh hey, the good ol’ “omg I quit” thread
Oh hey, the good ol’ “omg I quit” thread
I get the point. My point is nobody cares about this guy's sub status nearly as much as you obviously do with your profile stalking.Everyone else got the point except you, that's why I said that.
Just in case, I'm going to explain it:
There's too many people that uses the sentence "I'm unsubbing because X" and then they don't do it. They use the impacting word "unsubbing" in an attempt to get some attention.
I checked OPs profile to check if he's still playing, and yes, he's still playing. Checking it in 1 month aprox will prove if he lied or not.
You're obviously getting on this guy for making a post for "attention", yet you don't seem to realize you're guilty of the same thing.
Careful there, your nose is getting awful brown.Actually...you didn't get the point..and making stuff up....just makes you look worse for it.
To add my take on it: I unsubbed with the hope they'll update Eureka because I want to like it. I burned out on raiding and the whole treadmill thing so I'm not interested in the majority of this patch. I'm still interested in a few side things like wrapping up the snek beast tribes that I've barely started, but that's not time sensitive so I can leave that. I've got a week and a half left on my sub so I might log in once or twice to sort things out there, but afterwards I'm fine waiting until the new Ivalice raid drops and I can do the catch up patch. But as that's longer than a month away there's no point in paying for a sub I'm not going to use.
I still like the game, I'm still going to come back, but Eureka wasn't what I needed to hang around right now.
I'm not sure how it's such a hard concept to grasp.
You have no room to talk. I seen your other post in that other thread, you just want to witch hunt people that hate diadem 3.0, do not even start.
You shouldn't, do you understand how to .. act? There is a reason why "thou shall not judge others" exist.
Besides if I had a sub auto renewal for 6 months and I hit unsub, I still play those 6 months. Trying to witch hunt is only for starting flame wars and shouldn't be on this discussion at all. You have no right to judge people.
+1, I do not like drama but when I see BS, I will speak out on such.Information from the first post:
Actual playtime. Things disliked. Frustration expressed. Declaration of ceasing to renew subscription.
The fact that the op expressed a desire for these things to be fixed implies that should these things BE fixed, they'd gladly come back.
There's also no need to try and callout people who express dismay with the content simply because you want to "gotcha" them with "oh look they SAID they were quitting but look! THEY ARE STILL PLAYING!"
If I unsubbed right now, I'd have 3 more months to play before anything happened. You can be sure I'd likely login a couple times to help friends or kill time or even put my affairs in order.
If you dislike drama so much, it sounds like you need to refrain from adding to it.
not your place to call out. You willing to waste your time stalking the TC is creepy tbh.Everyone else got the point except you, that's why I said that.

We need more healthy constructive threads and less "I want some attention" threads.
+1 But what you said can't be grasped by SE white knights, understanding such concepts means they can't exist. To add my take on it: I unsubbed with the hope they'll update Eureka because I want to like it. Don't tell me what I like.Remember what the players like, we love the thrill of dodging mechanics and learning, weaving in rotations in difficult situations, the crazy clutch healer or tank limit breaks the synergy and teamwork needed to bring down the realms worst foes.
We do not like Mob Mashers eureka.
I can't be the only one wondering how much of that is just sitting at some personal/FC house afk for hours and hours. There are 2-3 FC members in mine that never log out of the game ever except when booted when servers go down.
One of my favorite PC gaming stories is from years ago. People were angry about something or other and calling for a boycott of that year's call of duty game (Modern Warfare 2). The boycotters made a steam group for the boycott.
The day Modern Warfare 2 came out, guess what the most popular game amongst the boycotters was?
It's also an old rule of the WoW forums. People "quit" all the time in public fashion. You'd usually see them again. If they care enough to post on the forums, they clearly like something and once their disappointment/frustration settles down, they can find a reason to come back. I mean, some people "quit WoW" five times in five years. It's the ones that silently cancel that the devs need to worry about.

I hate Eureka myself.
Though I do not see why exactly announcing you were unsubbing was needed. Did you expect everyone to be blown away by your gameplay time and start a petition? Maybe you should wait to see how SE handles the feedback of this content. There is a lot of negative feedback and I would like to see what they do first. You can do whatever you like, but I need to see what their future decisions will be now after this.
[Something clever]
At least stay for the Hatching tide event!
It's obvious that you just jumped into this thread to call out somebody, therefore no matter what we tell you will change your mindset, even if you keep going the wrong way over and over again.
You know it's not stalking, yet you keep spamming that. The thread has a tittle, and I just wanted to check if it's true; finding that, for now, it's not true.
Check the word "stalking" and learn what it means.
Anyways, I know what kind of poster you are, you'll keep going on and on until you feel like you won something. I guess you can't bear that I was right, and if that "triggers" you, it's your own fault.
When you create a thread with your nick name and character name, you're exposed. If you make a thread, lie, and somebody else finds the truth, whose fault is it?
Again, I didn't make this thread. When you create a thread you have some kind of responsibility.
You keep using that word, yet I don't think you know it's meaning.
All I did was check if he was telling the truth and, for now, he wasn't. That's all.
Anyways I'll tell you the same I told to the other poster; you guys just want to debate whenever somebody is right, and you feel the need to counter it and make drama no matter what.
Look what became of this post, I just posted a sidenote regarding the topic, then the rest of the drama is all because of you trying to debate no matter what. Who's wasting time now? Who's witchunting now?
