Wouldn't ochu count as a morbol (or however ya spell it)? If so, they're in the game right now. Just gotta look around in a few other corners of The Black Shroud.

Ochus are typically different, they had two tentacles with usually a bud on each side with a venus flytrap style mouth on top. In XI they were the same. I believe they are technically the same family, but different type of mob in most games. I think Rafflesia in xi were more true to the series ochu in xi, but these were not added until later.

There used to be goobbues @ Western La Noscea, south of Camp Skull Valley and all around Woad Whisper Canyon IIRC. I haven't checked them recently but I guess they are still there, aren't they? You could find them on another zones all around La Noscea, indeed.
Maybe you were referring to "fightable" ones?

There's a coeurl now, just the one though. Unfortunately, the Marbols are already named Ochus as well.

I'd love if they changed them out, though. True ochus are a great design.
