If Eureka was really the last thing people were holding onto to find a reason to keep playing FFXIV, well... best advice I can give is to take a break from FFXIV for a bit. It's what I did shortly after 3.15 came out (and we all remember the third Relic step before it was nerfed, right?), as 3.1 overall was awful. Void Ark was boring, Diadem was disappointing (I was actually hyped for this and it was the last time I have ever been hyped for anything in XIV), Thordan was neat... but one good thing in a mostly disappointing patch wasn't enough to keep me subscribed. Didn't help that 3.1 itself was delayed.
