    rewards are worthy ok, but i cant change my view for how its mindless grinding fates like others said here, after all finding party around your level which know what to do is really hard.. ya then playing as a healer is like everyone thinking you are a savior of a day, just because everyone like dps...

    In comparaison, their are more "bad" choices than good ones in Eureka, and for the time it has been delayed, it's for those things people are "mad" at the content. It doesn't seems worth the time and ressources put in to it. Or worth the time as players who are not hardcore or anything.

    The grind is actually very short I'd say about 3-4 days if you really want to get it done maybe a week if you feel like doing it sparingly, but frankly the higher you and everyone is the more NM spawn can be done, the faster you and once you hit 20 you practically can chain relics so fast.

    AT level 6 ppl were reportuing about 100 crystals hour I expect that by lv 20 it's tripled due to the sheer amount of anemos crystals obtained from NM also you need just 1 pazuzu kill for a final weapon, which leads me to believe that most ppl will finish it very quickly. And this is a problem too because this is not a long goal, this is a rather quick one and the zone is built around just that which will leave eureka quite empty simply because ppl will have finished what they wanted so quickly.

    Again not criticising you for not liking it just saying that this is anything but a long goal

    Okay, I went back in with some friends much later on from my first go at Eureka. NO one can say I haven't experienced everything it has to offer currently as I have finished my relic and armor got lv 20 etc. Pro's: Faster then previous Relic, People actually talk and share information ((first couple days))) it fostered a bit of a community. I found myself meeting and talking more with people about where to go and etc and made a lot of friends from different servers with was fun for me. I found that in the beginning at least everyone who started up where super motivated to get in and out and it soon turned into "Lets get this insert Xi item" or "How do you get X item and where do I go for Y and how to spawn Z". I can see the potential of what they could change and mold Eureka into but yeah this isn't for everyone. Negatives: Can't do this solo in a reasonable time, Exp gimped for levels makes it harder to help new people, Zerging & mob grind, NM mobs aren't difficult till higher up so you'll Zzz till then. If you don't start now in the initial rush I feel that it'll only get harder as time progresses and the people at the top start to leave or just farm the boss we all need at 20. The grind only get easier as you level and get access to more mobs lv1-7ish being annoying imo. But yeah mixed feeling but has potential

    This Relic is by far the quickest I've made and leveling casually and collecting drops you'd be done pretty quickly also I've talked to towards the end had crystals for days even when done with first relic. I had enough for my armor and weapon long before I hit cap.

    I agree with you. I hope they change that. I mean if this is something that should stay alive for a long while you need to have a system that allows that newer player can participate in this too. Also I already see how really high level players already question if they should do the lower NM, if its worth it. I find this bad for everyone that is low or mid-level since they help with the higher spawns but has to hope that the train follows to the lowers too. Poor Sabotender is already ignored by some instances. I know that people can spawn them themselves but it will take quite the time and you will lose out on the other NM because you will not reach them in time since they are instantly killed by the big train.

    (Finally got my T-Rex mount and even a second one..will keep it in hope that they make it tradeable so that I can at least give it to friends instead of having to throw it away. So good bye Eureka, finally my hands, eyes and my back can rest. x))

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Erm okay. I guess we both have pretty different definitions of "sparingly".

    I am observing my mates who addict their way through and ... thanks. I'll rather spend those hours on my piano instead of doing sth I don't enjoy in a friggin video game because some developer thought this was cool design (or rather, lack there of).

    As said I was not criticizing your opinion on it just that after I did some calculations this is actually rather short and since the relics are pretty much the whole point of the zone this is a problem

    The problem I see coming down the road is that right now it's going quick because lots of groups "Dino island" ing all over the place to spawn NMs.

    Soon those groups will drop off as they get their relics. It will be much harder for smaller amount of players to spawn a NM, let alone kill it. The progression will take a hard nose dive.

    Becoming less efficient will cause more and more to abandon their work on multiple relics until the few that don't have a relic will be in there solo farming for a year to get enough protean, because NMs are not soloable.

    Edit: also a comment on right now as well as a question to you fine people. I see some saying they are getting lots of proteans, but my experiences have been the opposite. Most of my proteans come from exchanging anemos. Like NM seems to give me the most. In levels 6-8 going in most of my rewards gave come from NMs. I don't even join the "trains" just show up when they spawn. My results for a good 2 hours in there are normally like 60-90 anemos and like 2-5 protean. Like all my generation of protean is coming from anemos

    Worse it kills the repeatable longevity. The real question is..what this the minimum people needed to kill Pazuzu? If it's more than eight people...there's going to be a real issue with anyone in the future wanting an SB relic.
