Compensation for Eureka Bug?

Did you guys leave the instannce, get kicked from it or you logout when you're in it still? I heard it happens when the instance's timer runs out and you're still in there.

I just dipped about 40 minutes in, afk'ed then came back and did some potd. Zoned back into eureka and bam

What's annoying is it's still happening - when will they fix it? I lost 2 levels as well, and right now I'm just not playing - which is a shame, because I love eureka.

Only thing you can really do is put in your bug report like they suggested in their lodestone post and hope they get around to you.

There are a ton of fan theories going around right now about what causes it but everyone seems to have a different situation so as far as I can tell there's no easily identifiable cause. In my case I left via the boat after helping a friend and AFK'd in town for like an hour before logging onto an alt to do Little Lady's Day before it went away.
