It wouldn't even show on the global population. I think you underestimate the vast majority that simply go with whatever content is created.

I hate lazy posts like this. Sham on you and the people who upvoted these trash posts.
The OP's point is that the game needed something OTHER than savage that was worthwhile investing time into you trolls. OP was hopeful like many others that Eureka would do that, and it didn't. Get over yourselfs. I agree whole heartedly with the OP.
But are they trolls if the point they make, however small, is valid? Thinking emojiI hate lazy posts like this. Sham on you and the people who upvoted these trash posts.

It didn't for him, and it did for others. Yet, OP sound like his opinion covers the whole playerbase with hyperboles like "Give us", "remember what the players like" and "we do not like".
What "we" do not like is others speaking for "us".

It doesn't help his case when he made himself looks like he is blackmailing S/E with I quit topic that you can see everyday in WoW forums all of the time.I hate lazy posts like this. Sham on you and the people who upvoted these trash posts.

Eureka does not represent entire FF14, it is merely a piece of content developed for old school FF11 players.
Let's be honest, a lot of us have been bearing with pointless dungeon grinding and instant noodle type of contents for a very long time.
This is just one content, you don't have to do it if you don't like it, but instead what has happened here?
"Give me something else or I quit?"
The game felt a lot more live with Eureka.
The activities in Eureka is showing no sign that people "hate" it.
After all, forum posters merely represent less than 5 % of a gaming community, not to mention not every posters agree wit him.
Since when that OP represent my opinion?

I love how some individuals label whatever piece of content is optional when that particular content isn't very well thought out/executed, just to make a point on how it isn't "for everyone" but how great the game is. Breaking news from someone who's been playing since 1.0, and then from 2.0 on: That excuse has been used far too much for reasons mentioned earlier, which makes FFXIV not-so-great, or average-at-best for a huge portion of the playerbase, but it is what it is, and I know a whole lot of people who stick around for the fanservice only, something SQEX knows how to exploit to disgusting levels, enough to not build on an exclusive FFXIV lore, but stitching together several pieces of past FF games with a reskin of sorts.
Also, lol at this. I'm an old school FFXI player, and this is nothing alike. One friggin map doesn't even come close to what FFXI was, nor the mechanics for that matter. Yes, I am one of those who would've loved to see FFXI-2, but I won't belittle this, nor any other game, if it doesn't become it. I enjoy what is given to me, and I would love to see FFXI mechanics implemented, but I'm sorry this isn't it. Also, if they did, in fact, add any FFXI mechanics, people would leave as those who wouldn't cut it back there would at around level 10, right in Valkurm. It's not a coincidence that those who pester about FFXI always mention Valkurm; it was the first filter the game had. If you got past it, you would've probably stuck to it for a long time.
TL;DR: this is FAR from being anywhere close to FFXI, for better or for worse.

Please do point me the progressive points OP are making to address Eureka that is even close to label as "feedback"?I love how some individuals label whatever piece of content is optional when that particular content isn't very well thought out/executed, just to make a point on how it isn't "for everyone" but how great the game is. If you want to quit over a fraction of game play, no one can stop him

I just quoted you on a single sentence, and explained separately my thoughts on that. I actually haven't even mentioned the OP, but something that's been spawned out of the discussion.
