Why do players always feel the need to post they are un-subbing because of such and such content?
Sympathy or something? lol
If at all what i would complain about (i am not though) is no new reward system in place. I am over 1600 days subbed

It might have something to do with the fact that they are telling the devs who read this forum that they are quitting and why.
This guy had the courtesy to let them know. There's a bunch of other people who are doing the same thing and not saying anything at all.

No absolutely not im not looking for that. I am looking for other like minded players who feel the same way in my frustration and are displeased in the direction the game is going. Its a place to let others in the community know what type of content I am hoping to see and maybe the developers will take a peak at the topic, doubtful but you may never know ! RP on Balmung is still savage level though lol

It's so weird to me that on the forums for a game which HAS no "why are you unsubbing?" prompt box when you unsubscribe that people somehow think its acceptable to be flippant or outright flame over someone using the public discussion forum to explain why. This also happens in World of Warcraft - are people really so defensive of their continued sub dollars that they feel like people shouldn't give any sort of insight as to why this game is no longer worth it for someone else? If you don't agree, feel free to say as much, but stop asking such a stupid mundane question as "why are you letting us know"? They're not letting YOU know, they're trying to let the developers know rather than just be another drip down the steady doldrums of the financial black line.

At least OP is saying someone. Who knows how many people are unsubbing or walking in Eureka once and never walked in again, or worse unsubbed after that first time in.
SE can pull the numbers after the first week of those who tried it and didnt like it. Or those who tried and unsubbed shortly after.
I wouldn’t unsubscribe because I don’t like eureka as I have plenty of other things to do (crafting, hunts, raids, roulettes, levelling up other classes), but each to their own.![]()

This is the side of the system I disagree with and it needs improvement. The shear invite spam is horrible indeed. The issue is we also do not know SE's true ideas of how they see it being run. Yesterday, all my preformed party did was go into an instance and ask what NMs have been killed in the last 2hrs. We got all the info we needed and worked popping what wasn't done, all while updating other groups who were work on other NM pops. With everything on CD, we left and went back into a new instance.
NMs are labelled on the map, unlike hunts for example which you can stealth kill. It maybe an issue down the road, but we don't know til it happens. Which is the other issue I have, NMs you can sync down, but parties can't for regular XP and chains to reward everyone.
System is far from perfect, but it has to start somewhere. With the newer findings, I personally feel its on a better track that either Diadem was. It has more rewards than its previous counterparts and it is in fact new content and not recycled like Anima & Zodiac.
How long it will last, we have no idea. If SE either adds more to Anemos or just moves on to the next instance.
That's what I think it is unfortunately. People have a lot invested in these games and to see it dying out makes them uncomfortable.It's so weird to me that on the forums for a game which HAS no "why are you unsubbing?" prompt box when you unsubscribe that people somehow think its acceptable to be flippant or outright flame over someone using the public discussion forum to explain why. So stalking someone’s profile makes you the bigger person in this situation doesn’t it?Guys... OP hasn't even beaten the savage raid that they talk about in first post. Kind of a carbon copy troll post in this case, isn't it?

I mean, you should at least play the content you talk about.... surely?
;;;;

Eureka is an optional event and it is meant to go with the content that was in 4.2. If you don't want to play Eureka then you don't have to but there was lots of other stuff in 4.2 to do. For the most part people in game are liking Eureka seeing as every Eureka zone I go into is almost always full.
