

Yes and no. Main quests lead to all the content so you’re gimping yourself by not progressing those. People are acting like Eureka has to be progressed when it is 100% optional and leads to nothing. Weapons in there are even weaker so you’re severely gimping yourself.This entire game is completely optional, if we're gonna look at it that way. Living is completely optional. Nobody is forcing you to do that.
Still, if we have it, even if it's "optional", why not make a GAME actually fun? "It's a MMO" doesn't cut it as an answer because that's the biggest strawman response.
