how long to fix lost eureka lvls?

how long for a gm or somebody to get back to me, Id rather not grind again

This is not from XP loss... like some people seem to think... I was lvl 5 now lvl 2 and quest progress reset

What do you mean lost Eureka lvls? You mean as in a bug? Because if you're talking about getting K.O'd after level 6 and nobody raises you, the exp loss is working as intended.

after level 6, if you die, you lose an amount of EXP if you are NOT RAISED BY ANOTHER PLAYER within 10 minutes.

If you release after death you lose the XP. The amount of time it would take to recover it is the same amount of time it would take you to gain that much XP. So...

bug where people are losing progress, thats what emergency maintenance was for

Penalties for Being KO'd
Elemental experience points are lost when KO'd at elemental level 6 or higher. This can be prevented if the player is resurrected before a certain amount of time has passed.

From elemental level 11 and higher, elemental level will decrease if elemental experience points fall below zero as a result of being KO'd.

OP, it's a shame that nobody's actually reading the thread and is jumping in to 'share their knowledge', but I suggest going ahead and editing your first post to explain that you're dealing with the rollback bug and not the built-in loss of exp.

rewind bug... not what your talking about... stop sounding so high and mighty you know nothing

First time I hear of this, was in all day first day, got killed a few times with parties but no xp loss. Soloed made it to lvl 7 and seems fine how patch notes state. Unless your a unique case it seems maybe posting pictures might help,if your still losing xp. one before and one after you ko on purpose once you return to show loss of xp might make your case faster.

I saw a few people complaining about this in Kugane and on reddit. Apparently there is a bug where if you exit the game while still in Eureka there is a chance the progress you made in that instance would be rolled back.
