Having easy access to higher item level gear probably isn't going to have the effect on you that you think it will. Gear pieces, and even the content, are just pieces of a vehicle that holds very little meaning by itself. my way to get better weapon is just buying from MB, well the highest now are 350ilvl and they are great, try harvest gils and buy some if you cant craft , anyway its just grind locked
