No, but they should have been. In my opinion, good enfeebling and crowd control abilities/spells are crucial to any MMO.

Hate to get so far off topic, but they absolute lack of these abilities at this point drives me up the wall, so I felt compelled to speak out after all the off topic debate on it here.

I am glad they took those abilities/spells off from CNJ/THM because when a new class comes out it will need spells. Sure there are a few spells yet to be brought into the equation such as haste and possibly refresh etc. But those aforementioned spells are in no way crucial at this point in time. Plus I like to think the next mage class will be a debuffer of sorts.

No, you actually used the word "fact" and used it to tittle your pure opinion as fact. An attept to pass knowingly unfactual information of as fact is, well, by definition a lie.

If that happens, then I am okay with that. My issue is that we have only hints of a few ideas of new classes, we have no time line for them or any factual confirmation one class similar to what you describe will exist. I am speaking of what we know and have confirmation of, not assumtions and conjecture.

I understand, but they had already said the next class to come when it does will be a mage class. We also know that Arcanists already exist to some extent it just comes down to the matter of when. That is where speculation comes in and for a fair size group speculation is one of the most fun parts of playing an MMO and guessing what will come next. Also they have hinted at level cap possibly going up in 1.21 speculation is up to 55, because that is not too much of a gap. If that is the case they can always add in our old spells they took away for higher level spells. Then again I guess this too falls under speculation,assumption and/or conjecture.
