Need would be "Hey if we dont start charging our company and projects we have already started will suffer"
They dont "NEED" the money, they are not going bankrupt nor are they in financial crisis, nor would they be unable to develop 2.0 if they dont start charging, the amount they would get yearly from going P2P is chump change plain and simple, and they stand to lose way more than to gain, because when your product is for sale, then there is no more pity talk, no more "Please dont review till 2.0 etc etc" you charged so you are free game to everybody out there :/ and they will probably fall flat on their face :/
they claim the game is almost p2p rdy. I say that after they destroy the skills the game will be in worst shape then ever. They are paving the way for a better future but destroying the now.
by taking skills necessary to strategy completely outta the game til further notice.(mages mainly)
i know it needed to be done, but its premature. they should have had another class to balance the game and waited for jobs to change the skill sets.
