    Straights have a multitude of discords to go too. Having a Gay discord helps out those LGBT who are struggling to make friends within the LGBT community or those who are afraid to come out. Straights don't have to worry about coming out, or fear getting discriminated against because of their sexuality. Some Countries outside the US, still very much discriminate intensely on the LGBT community. LGBT FFXIV Players in those countries have a outlet via this discord to make friends with their fellow LGBT and provide support and grow together.

    So yes, advertised straight discords will be seen as bad cause of how the straight society has treated LGBT.
