    Beastmaster - WoW style, pets and all, though since they're already an archer in the game, a staff would be cool.

    Controller/Mesmer - I want to see a style of combat that involves cc-ing/debuffing entire groups.

    Shaman - Totems + Magic, surprised this wasn't one of the first classes.

    I believe if they add new jobs next expansion that they will be DPS. My theory for this is there is currently only 1 job for both Maiming and Scouting gear sets. Dancer could fall into Scouting category. As for Maiming that is a bit trickier. I'd like to see another two-handed job for this slot possibly wielding a Great Hammer.

    Beast master, dual wield axes or a whip, and able to tame beasts around the world!
    Unfortunately won't ever be as in depth as ff11's, but i'd settle for a melee dps of the spec, with good utility

    and a tank job that's modeled after the judges from ff12

    There's nothing saying that any heals cannot be based on Dex/Str (Clemency for example...) So a new healer could use Scouting gear for example if there heals were Dex based.
    I like to think SE will be fair and add a new healer or tank in 5.0...

    I honestly just wished there is a selfish gunslinging dps job that uses dual hand guns. Will not mind at all if its labelled as melee dps and has positionals.

    They may change their mind and delay the expansion by a few weeks and add 1 tank 1 healer and 1 dps.

    I would not mind if going forward with 71+ dungeons they do 5 man dungeons, but I doubt they will change that.

    I do hope that Judge is the next tank and dancer or chemist is the next healer.

    I hope that in 4.5 we get:

    Geomancer, preferably as a unique Healer that utilizes the forces of Earth to heal and protect party: and maybe bring STONESKIN back!! As an ability that mitigates damage =)

    I'd also like it to have its own set of buffing capabilities as well, and perhaps getting to see a form of ancient Magic Flood? Or Quake?

    (I have a healer concept around the forums but its more along the lines of If FFXI's GEO were to be put into a healer role, it's not unique at all...)
    -
    For tank class: I'd like to see Runefencer as a sort of Magic Tank that uses a strong weapon, but utilizes the forces to mitigate its own damage, idk, I really liked it in FFXI, but I'm not sure how it could work in FFXIV.
    Lastly, living in the past but:

    Thief: Ranged / Up-close DPS with a dagger and crossbow (Acid Bolts anyone)
    Blue Mage: Dual Scimitars and magic DPS
