Just seems like a waste of a lot of open space. Even if the little mini quests are repeatable, it would offer something else to do other than big dungeons. And I don't know about other people but i can't stand leves.

as someone who has done "eery" quest in the game thats available to me, i can say there are tons that go out to them
id say at the very least 3 to each, 5+ to some of them(the higher numbered ones, usualy involve class quests which is why you havent seen them being as your pretty low level still for most of them on most of your classes)
and that number has been slowly increasing each quest release patch

There are a few quests available the hamlets.
Quarrymill has 1 as long as you've finished a quest started in Gridania.
Hyrstmill has one as well.
Over at the Owl's Nest there are two or three quests that you can get.
And there are two over at Wineport.
I'm not sure about the other hamlets, as I haven't spent much time exploring them.
And what TheVedis said, some of them, like my Botany quests take you to Quarymill.
But what about those outposts they added some patches ago. They seem completely useless to me. Are there an y quests? there is only like 2 npc's each.
