Issue with Ground-Targeted actions

This is a suggestion
I believe there is an issue with actions that target an area on the ground.
Actions such as:

-Shadow Flare
-Sacred Soil
-Shukuchi
-Earthly Star
-Asylum

The issue is that when the player attempts to target an area outside the action's range, they are given an error.

The problem of this behavior is that actions, specifically Shukuchi, become very cumbersome to use.

Recommended behavior would be that if an area outside the action's range is targeted, the action should execute at the maximum range possible in the direction of the target reticle.

Just macro them. Then they function as target skills
