Yeah, seriously. Just give everyone Fundoshi and a sword dancing emote. It would be the most popular event in FFXIV, bar none. Plus, boy's Day would be the only FFXIV event in May, which would break up the 4 month gap between fun seasonal stuff we have now.

Id like a male version event where we can ogle at cute male avatars and fight over which we like most. I'd also like a mandatory swimsuit competition for them, for story reasons of course.

What people on here aren't mentioning is there's actually a boys' version of this holiday called Tango no Sekku. SE ignores it in this game. In FFXI it's called the feast of swords.

Actually it was mentioned. I've brought it up a couple of times as being odd that SE doesn't have a Boys' Day equivalent in May. Although it has been changed into something called Childrens Day.
