Sometimes abilities just have niche uses.

Should probably stay this way unless/until healer balance changes and... healers have so much healing right now, it's a bit silly. You can kind of see the power creep in how many ridiculous healing mechanics there are now.

I wish they made PI the level 62 skill and Thin Air the level 70 skill. Thin Air is definitely powerful enough to warrant the slot as a Capstone skill. Plenary Indulgence, not at all.

I think this skill flew under the radar with SE as much as it did with the community at first.

I'm not complaining about it being available earlier for level sync stuff, though.
