Clearly its not their first lvling rodeo and yet, they went in as such. This is why I get annoyed with players who go "well you can clear it with just i200". People like that convienently forget you're playing with THREE OTHER PEOPLE. When you go in with half your side i200, you're basically making everyone pick up your slack. Automatically. There's no ifs and buts about it. Everyone else in that party were in i260 minimum.

To her credit, at least she played well and didn't make the run any harder than it could've been (not like I was mass pulling that run anyways lol) but still...

SE PLS MAKE MINIMUM ILVL REQUIREMENTS A THING ALREADY. PLEASE.

I'll be honest, between this and the DPS who refuse to AoE, I grow increasingly more willing to just start kicking these types of people outright. It's beyond obnoxious, and like you said, forces three other players to compensate for you. Of course, my patience is far higher for newer levels. That's understandable. This person though? They just didn't care. So I'd return the favour and not care about their second 30 minute queue.

i was getting a little sad i didn't have any good stories but here i am! set up an o6s pt specifically to clear and to have seen less than 10% on enrage. we fill, go in... and what tips me off somethig isn't right is the rdm stacks with the ot and obviously dies. we progeess we do okay, and wipe to something i honestly can't remember. THEN, the rdm openly admits this is his first ever time in o6s... this is where his lack of knowledge of the fight promoptly warrants a kick from me: he kills half the party with last kiss bc he didn't pass it to the ot and we're all furious. he gets the boot, we get replacements where needed and, bad story turned good, in 3 pulls we clear. i got my drop too! it's been a good savage day so far :')

Some players are so dumb I don't know how they manage to install the game.
It's like during halloween event where you have to find the 2 correct jack-in-box. Despite me saying not to open boxes and look for the four papers on the ground, sanity was dropping like crazy.
If someone can't do a simple thing like not opening a box or using a spell over another one there is nothing we can do at this point.

Also I agree Tomoyo is the best.

Ah, that game. The first group I went in with did the same thing and I was just sitting there watching the meter drop as I thought, "I'm the only one here who actually read the instructions before going in, wasn't I?"

(For bonus points everyone else was Japanese and I couldn't even tell them to stop. We were out of there in under a minute.)

The place to start learning is in LEARNING parties, not sneaking into clear parties. I would’ve kicked the guy as soon as he admitted he had no experience.

Was doing O7S all day to clear got to a 0% enrage boss literally had 1 auto attack and it woulda died uuggghhh so decided to do an expert to finish capping for the week, got into Fractal HM I was healing on Sch. Barrier drops I have a Nin and a Blm with a Drk tank, first pull is painfully slow no ones AoEing but me I'm just thinking "maybe they're saving their big stuff for the huge pull before the boss i'm sure of it". Nope. I ask them to AoE on the first pull, crickets, ask again on the second pull, nothing like why bother having 3 other people if i'm just talking to myself.

I don't know how people...what's the word i'm looking for think? Play? Because i'll tell you the answer: Terribly.

The BLM doesn't even use Enochian or use Fire II/Flare just Fire spam, Ninja uses Katon and no Death Blossom, and the tank popped Living Dead and nothing else and ate every Minotaur swing and spammed Unleash.The tank dies and says after "guess i'll pull small lmfao", no dude you need to pop CDs and our DPS need to actually AoE but hey single target is better amirite? I logged off because i'm just too burnt from doing Savage all day for 40 Mendacity tomes that i'll get elsewhere but good god people learn your friggen classes and AoE.

Um...he specifically said he put the PF up for "clear party and seen less than 10% or to enrage". That is not the place to "start somewhere". The place to "start somewhere" would be to join a practice PF or the novel idea of making your own practice PF. Not join a clear group at enrage and waste 7 other player's time with the fact that you don't know any of the fight.

You don't join a group silently without the experience the PF is asking for. It's rude. You can send a /tell and ask the party if it is okay to go in completely new to the fight, but honestly the group was a clear group for savage and while imo O6S is not super hard it still requires most people a couple of hours to learn. Ask first. If they say sure then great, if not, then move on and try to look for another group.

So no, kicking is the obvious choice. The player knew he didn't have the experience the PF asked for yet still joined and didn't say anything until the group wiped. If you disrespect the other 7 people in that PF by sneaking in and not immediately explaining your situation, then you can't really expect them to give you respect. You immediately disrespected their PF requirements and ignored them. Don't expect much else but a kick after that.

I got the WORST tank ever that I never met before from 4 years experience of this game.
THIS fake-sprout GLD who keep pulling wall to wall without using any CDs and ate every single AoE.
The best part? We had 2 DRGs in the party and the trash takes forever to die because they don't have aoe skill.
He also ignored my request when I asked him politely to wait for my MP. That guy just sprint toward me and grabbing another mob ):<
I would leave if it not about the reset time, atleast we managed to clear this without single wipe…

But pleaaaaaase!! to all "new to the game" and/or "new for tank job" out there,
If you want to do massive pull... it's fine. but learning how to use CDs and checking your party member classes first. ;-;

Has anyone else been having super long healer queues for normal sigma? Like I had to run O8 the other day and it took nearly 20 minutes during a decent traffic time.
