Well, this thread was a wild ride.
Well, this thread was a wild ride.
I'm not one to silence opinions but...
Please keep your sjw nonsense off my FFXIV experience. I play this game partly to escape it and Little Ladies Day is based on a Holiday surrounding dolls. Thank you.

You don't pay my sub and I'm entitled to my opinion, so....no?

As a dude, I have not ever once been perturbed at all by the inclusion of Little Ladies Day, whether it focuses on dolls, or celebrates women, or whatever have you. From this man's POV, things are fine. I could care less about them implementing a boys day as well. On the contrary, I like that FFXIV and the Final Fantasy series in general have strong female characters and I am totally, completely fine with a concept that celebrates women since for much of human history women have not been afforded proper praise and recognition for their accomplishments.
Little Ladies Day is not a problem.
What's admittedly hilarious about the OP's point of view is he says that they give characters cleavage and whatnot because it sells their games as though they are doing that for the women. They're doing that for the male audience. Like, that's not something to the benefit of the ladies.
But hey, if less clothes on men is what you want, XIV STILL has you covered, don't worry.
