Disappointing Rank 8 Reward of Ananta Tribe

hmm I dont see how anyone can use the male/female glamour as an issue. Only a chest piece and maybe helm would really need to look different, the other three slots could easily be unisex.

I'm just saying that like most of the other Beast Tribes at Rank 8 we got a tribe looking like gear and I would love an Ananta leg piece giving us a snake tail just like them.
Since I guess that would be a lot of work at least I expected the headpiece with that piece of cloth and the braids in it and some body piece with all that fancy gipsy looking like clothes.

sooo the vath the vanu vanu and the kojin is most of the tribes?, or rather a minority(3 beast tribes out of 10 on total what gives a full armor what is themed after that beast tribe), moogles didn't gave you clothing what resembled to them(the closer was the shoes, and that wasn't a rank 8 item), and whit the exception of the ixal(what just gave you gloves as soon as you start to work whit them), none of the arr beast tribes gave you armor what resembled to their look

The trend was started in heavensward, every beast tribe had glamour outfits. The game has been had the moogle attire, they weren't going to add another one. Why was the Ananta treated differently? They could have easily given us a glamour outfit that resembled their appearance, but they opted not to.

White griffin is beautiful and I don't understand why people are against the Ananta outfit being a thing? All the other beast tribes had outfits for rewards, all quite manly. This would be the only female looking one? A male using it is not an issue, lot of guys there who would wear it. If you don't like it don't wear it. This Ananta one would be the only one of the beast tribe costumes I'd even use.

I'm not against the idea of Ananta glamour but to be honest, it will most likely be mainly used by female characters, look better on them and you'll hardly see males wearing it. I never really cared for the beast tribe anyway. I'd rather have mounts. I personally love the white Griffin more than the regular one and the elephant.

I would say that the complaint about this "beast tribe" reputation should be directed more towards the fact it had little to do with the beast tribe itself and more beign an extension of the ala mhigan resistance but to each it's own I guess

My thoughts EXACTLY. We did not get to jump into the lore of the Ananta tribes, we did not get to learn more about their way of life and their customs. Sure, the story was interesting and we got to see a bit of the conflict between the Vira and the Qalyana but that's it. It left me wanting more for the Ananta.

What's worse imho is that they drop a Vira civil war at the end that was wasted potential, frankly while the whole quest and reoufit of the bridge was nice (and tbh world changing quests should implemented more) this was probably the worst beast tribe they developed, which is sad because the kojin was much better

Although I fully agree with the lore issues some brought up, I feel the glamour issue you're all complaining about is... Surprising, in fact, for me.

Did you all really thought you were going to get snake bottoms, which would completely change half of your character skin, or something ? Or a whole other kind of clothes, something that'd had the same style ananta clothes have ?

The guys responsible for glamour at SE already told that they "felt weird", or something as stupid as that, doing female looking gear for males. That's why we dont get the rabbit suit nor the thavnarian suit for males. The devs don't feel like it. That's a shame, but maybe you should lower your expectancies regarding that point, from now on... Then you'd have never expected a glamour, and it would have been obvious for all of you that we'd get two mounts, and you wouldn't have been disappointed.

I sincerely feel bad for you, as I can understand why you're frustrated, but it was predictable =/
