Square needs to apply this same mentality with v2.0. They need to conform to some standards that have been set by popular MMOs,

Yeah, they do need to turn FFXIV into the same MMORPG you've played over and over, this is exactly why everyone wants to play new MMOs, because they want to relive their WoW years with a different storyline.

They can still succeed by trying something different, they have to do it right or else the gaming market would go nowhere, kind of like it did in America to the point of the industry crashing. MMOs are basically a dead genre right now, because of the fact people want the same MMO over and over. There's a reason LoL is doing better than WoW, because it's not trying to become like WoW, it's doing it's own thing.

I do not believe we have reached a high enough level of understanding and release that you warrant the gift of a hug. When you finally break down in tears and see the error of your ways and truly feel sorry for all of the insults/threats and trolling you have done... then you may get a hug.
