I don't see where it says twice? I see invisible wall, healer pulling then being asked not to do it again.

Bigger issue for me is I have protect on a macro. Someone pulls early, I can't cast it at all. (I don't call the GMs on them though...)

I asked if it happened twice, the OP confirmed it was only once. Which is why I said there's not much that can really be done, since they obviously listened after the first wipe.
