Oh geez, Bourne too? It's like a forum party... party. Makes me realize the fun I'm missing out on. I just recently added Moro to Discord but haven't found any chance to play with them.

Moro and I play together quite a lot, and we like to get other folks in when we can. The other night it just worked out that a lot of people were available.

I mean I do feel a bit of uneasiness on other roles than tank in high end fight but being straight up anxious about it? Nah.

Aw, thank you both! I'm certainly going to keep on trying with RDM, I've beated all the SSS dummies I've had the guts to try (so up to Shin EX) and that was before understanding what I should be doing with Swiftcast and Embolden.

Next time I will make a valiant effort at being slightly less insecure >.>

Oh, you were perfectly fine, and you are very welcome. ^^ We all have insecurities; they fade with time and practice. ^^

I wouldn’t call us all-stars, but it was super fun to play with everyone. ^^ I’m generally so much of a loner in-game if I’m not playing with Bourne, so it was really fun to party up with so many people from here. ^^

Honestly having some of those insecurities can be helpful at the start, it can help push you to get better and better. While its partly because I don't do Savage raiding I don't have too much anxiety as DPS or Tanking these days (outside of the "how low can you go game" with some healers) but I also know that I for sure am not within those upper tiers of players because I don't strive to push myself up and beyond. Do my positionals and stuff right sure, but thats essentially just the foundation and all that.

HEALING though, I do feel anxiety there. Only reason I even have SCH leveled to 70 is cause of SMN and I'm not even gonna try to gear it unless I get WHM up since I feel most comfortable with that job.

And I was hoping the same thing because I don't usually DPS either. Seems like everyone had a bit of it, but aside from feeling embarassed at eating the laser it was a great group makeup to try new things since people had useful tips and fun Discord chat instead of overly judgy randoms.

For sure. We'll try and do it again soon and hopefully can add VanilleFang. Got some PLD gear this week after finally getting the last shaft so I feel up to tanking as well if it's needed to fill the group.
