i have spammed medica just to test and the skill never lights up on my hotbar, dont know what im doing wrong.
if it works it must have popped atleast one over the 2 last weeks.

i have spammed medica just to test and the skill never lights up on my hotbar, dont know what im doing wrong.

For this, you have to be in combat, and Medica/Medica II or Cure III have to hit targets. If you’re just spamming it without being in combat, Confessions won’t proc. Targets also have to take damage for Confession stacks to proc. If you’re healing targets that are at full HP, you won’t get Confession stacks.

There is a 20% chance that party members (including self) are granted a Confession each time you heal their HP via Medica, Medica II, or Cure III.

This isn’t a thing anymore; this was changed back in 4.05.

Party members will no longer be granted a Confession when HP is restored via Cure and Cure II. They will instead be granted a Confession when HP is restored via Medica, Medica II, or Cure III.

The chance of granting party members a Confession has been increased from 20% to 100%.

In-game tooltip reads as follows:

Yes your right thank you for the correction, have not played as WHM since I maxed it out and was going based of job guide. Maybe looking at a video to get some context might help Golom ?
