[Glam Request] Please allow glasses + our head gear choice

Yea thats the whole thing, I mean.. we have /visor which does stuff. Too bad we cant get /glasses or something. But yea so many glam options, but its like we who choose to be scholar like with specs.. cant have a hat.

I'd be all down for a /glasses command or something, because often I'd love to keep JUST the thing that /visor removes but don't care much for what's left. I mean, it sounds like the core technology is already there, just need a switch that sets the visibility of the different pieces reversed to /visor's

In a nature-y, hippie kind of way, sure! I typically glam the head slot on my WHM with circlets or crowns of some sort.

Anywho, you can add my support to this. I don't know how they would do it, but that's why I don't have a job as a game dev. But it would be really neat if I could add different headgear to the glasses my SCH always wears. This slot remains unchanged no matter how many times I change her glams.

I use Artisan Specs on my WHM lol.. I WOULD use my Wizard hat... but kinda hard to do both... even tho I would love to do that magic teacher look... hence this thread. ^^

We all definitely have our own styles. I've enjoyed looking at all the different themes players use when glamming their WHMs. The big wizard hats I tend to associate with AST. I have so many of them, but don't play AST. I keep them though because they are dungeon/raid drops, and who knows... maybe one day

The Lv60 machinist giggles do that, but I don’t like the red-tinted lenses. It also doesn’t sit as high as I’d like it to - just above the eyebrows instead of “headband style” I wanted for steampunk-themed glamour.

I wish it worked for other goggles. I don’t think even the other Heavensward equipment does it.

To be honest I think if all they did was make a tweak to the Waist gear so that we could add glamour it, then perhaps that could be the way to go.

Currently Waist items have no appearance at all, well except in the icon, so if this type of gear was renamed to something else BUT you could glam it to look like certain headgear or accessories that would be nice. I honestly would love a satchel or backpack like you get on the gathers gear... but being able to wear glasses as well as a hat definitely would please a lot of players.

Lil bump here to gain more support. With all the Eureka gear flowing in now. This still should be on the table as an option.

Hell.. even if they add this as part of the Glamour Plate system where you could have a helm on.. but extra spot for glasses that would just apply on.
