Yes. However, there are alot of Mac friendly programs you can use to improve your screenshots. GIMP, Photoshop, and iPhoto immediately come to mind.

Awwwww.... well, truth be told, you can do a lot with /gpose too.

You bring up a good point. Programs like Reshade and Photoshop can make a good screenshot into a great one.

BUT

They can't make a bad shot good.

The /gpose feature is a fantastic tool for players to get wonderful screenshots. Don't believe me? Just look at the submissions for any of the screenshot contests. Those all were shot with nothing more than graphic settings and /gpose.

If you wish to take great screenies, just do a quick Google search on Photographic Composition, then set your graphic settings as high as they can go, and start taking pictures! Play around with the /gpose features. With a little bit of practice, you'll be taking great screenshots too.

PS4 or PS4 Pro?
I hear that the PS4 Pro has slightly better graphics on it.
And like Kacho_Nacho said, GPose is still a very good tool to use for screenshots.
