- I would rather this not be the case. If one has the means and funds to own a large house, they should have just as much opportunity to own a large house.
- What's the point of this? Hosuing NPCs are just as valuable for private owners as for FCs. Especially now that they released two entirely new model sets for the vendors.
- They can't. Wards are already strained as it is.
- This is difficult, because wards strain the server so hard. They're instances of the same zone that remain in the constant memory of the server, as I understand it. For instance (no pun intended), when you queue for a duty from the inside of your house, on exiting the duty you're dropped into your ward. Why? Because the ward was already loaded in, and the inside of your house was not. It is troublesome for them to have to plop you from the duty instance to the inside of your housing instance because the inside of your housing instance would need to be called up at the same time as your characters movement in the instance server.
- No. It is wrong to punish people for not breaking rules. This is the point of grandfathering someone in.
You ever had an actual slumlord? I have. They suck. Also the scalping and reselling businesses were essentially killed off by the added randomness to a house being repurchasable after it's demolished. It's time to slay this problem and end the slum lords for good.
We'll see videos like that no matter what is done. They could literally give every player a free mansion and upgrade every neighborhood to be both instanced for people who want it and ward-based for people who don't, answer every single critique and suggestion no matter how contradictory...and you'd still have people complaining about something.Otherwise we're going to keep seeing videos like [URL="[/URL] appear because the housing system is fundamentally flawed.
You must have something for our dear HyoMin, comparing her to a flower like that. I don't think she's interested though.
