So many better ways to farm poetics. Alliance raids are a great way especially LotA which is as fast as a dungeon and gives you 100 poe not including the roulette.

Your missing my point though, they have 30+ dungeons and a system in place to scale players up and down in level, why cut down content to doing 1 alliance raid, or 1 dungeon when you hit max level, when you cna literally open up everything to being a thing to do for progression via the duty roulette?
Why not just normalize the rewards, what exactly would be the difference? If the vault gave 50 poetics would that break the game? What about the Aery, or Sohm Al?
By not making those places rewarding you just set up another situation like MSQ Roulette where down the road youre going to have to force players to do it because they arent worth doing, and i just dont understand why they arent worth doing.


Right now there are roughly 60 dungeons in the game. There are 22 "leveling" dungeons, and the rest are "cap" dungeons(the current development plan adds 5 leveling and 10 cap dungeons per expansion, so this gap will continue to rise). To expand on Chameleons point, the leveling dungeons drop useful equipment. Now useful doesnt really mean "best" but at the level gotten they are good, whereas the equipment from cap dungeons is usually way behind what the cap currency can buy. Right now i can run the hardest dungeons for level 325 gear, or i can use the currency from there to buy 360s. Now adding more rewards to leveling dungeons wouldnt likely break anything, but i agree that i dont see the need. So there are a lot more ways to collect Poetics then there are leveling dungeons.
Also roulettes are the best way to level for any secondary jobs you may be wanting to level.

If all 50+ dungeons awarded poetics, the community would find out which one was most efficient to run, and everyone would do just that one instance for poetics farming. People who needed a different dungeon for a first time clear might have a harder time without as many roulette queues coming in to help.
Not to mention other ways to earn poetics without having to do dungeons...like beast tribe quests.
