But now that makes me wanna ask, did any of you, or even anyone on this thread ever got one of those weird changes to your character, that you never in one million years thought you would like? I never considered going blonde, and I'll probably not keep it this way, but it was a very enjoyable surprise. Same with when I tried red hair on my cat for a while.

I changed my miqo so many times until i was lucky, from hair to race everthing changed and now I'm think he is pretty and it's good enough for me

This is like exactly the same thing that happened to me recently. I never considered even trying blonde hair on my AuRa but then I randomly did and liked it way more than I thought!
It's so unusual to see your cat with blonde hair but I feel like nothing can make him look less handsome :'D

Me with my current hairstyle, actually. I saw it and thought it was a bit weird, but then tried it on while I was making my miqo'te and thought it looked super cute!

For me, I would have to say it was the Aymeric hairstyle. I constantly avoided it, but a friend heavily suggested I try it out. Now I'm thinking about shedding the generic brown hair and brown eyes for something more unique.

I've always liked the Aymeric hair, but for some reason I can't use it for too long. I guess it's because I'm too used to having characters with long hair. I noticed you changed from Miqo to Elezen, but the brown haired Miqo'te looked really good! Honestly I don't even it's generic, because I don't often see brown haired characters in this game.

Last time when I changed something on my miqo it was to get the Y'shtola hair.

I don't think I remember what hairstyle you used to have before the Y'shtola one, Celethien. I think I got so used to the way your character looks now that the "previous" version is blank im my head. But I really like the way she looks now! And the Y'shtola hair looks really nice with that face.

Oh? What you used to be before you changed to Miqo'te? I used to be a Highlander because back in A Realm Reborn the male Miqo'te hairstyles were not very good to what I had in mind. So I never even considered being one for like... two and a half years. Then after I decided to change I never looked back. And I'm really glad I gave this race a chance, because now I cannot think of my character as any other.

Aw, thank you! I am enjoying blond hair a lot, but I noticed something funny. If I use short hairstyles my facepainting makes my character look like the most miserable person on the planet, even when I'm simling. :'D
Also because you have a pale skin and red eyes, for some reason blonde hair makes your characer look very, very regal. It fits a Red Mage pretty well.

I kinda envy you for being able to make that hairstyle look so good. lol And it's a nice duality because on the screenshots without glasses she looks pretty energetic and upbeat, but on your profile picture and on the screenshots with glasses she looks pretty calm, serious and put together, haha. I like it! Do you have any screenshots with hats? I feel like that hairstyle might look cute with hats.

Also I am so, so sorry for this wall of text. I don't mean to flood the thread with long walls of texts but I took so long to answer and you guys took your time to answer me, it wasn't fair to just ignore the kind replies. I'll try not to stockpile things like this again.

Funnily enough it was the old hairstyle Y'shtola used to have. X3 I had it all the way from 1.0.


I did try out some other styles but always went back for it before the new Y'shtola hair came out.
And I agree with you, it looks really nice with the face I chose.

Some of the hats I've tried on completely cover the hair entirely, which is pretty unfortunate. Took a screenshot in the Storyteller's attire to show off one that works, though!




I've also discovered I really like the Scion rogue bandana with this hair, too!

As I started with ARR I played a Lala, later on I switched to Keeper of the moon but didn't feel right, therefore I changed to Au Ra as this race comes out. But Au Ra don't feel good to me too as I love the Miqos. I did another try on the Phantasia and found my lovely Keeper of the Sun Miqo. Sometimes I think I have to change anything of him, but if I take a look at the picutrers I fell in love again.
