    You gotta be kidding right? You're making assumptions based on what exactly and then uses those assumptions as an argument?
    First change doesnt say anything about how long said durations would be and the second change doesnt say that the damage over time is the same or anything about the MP cost of the resulting spell. If anything I'd assume he want's it to be like it was before stormblood which in fact did have a lower potency.

    The only change that can only be interpreted exclusively as a buff would be the last change and a small buff at that. The punishment of not being able to summon your fairy for 30 seconds is the actual punishment and it's much more severe than having to use a gcd and some mp to get the pet back.

    Next time you may want to base your arguments on information you actually have before judging people....

    Number 2 is also very obviously a buff. 100% uptime like it used to be with the only downside being it would need to be casted again. Dissipation at the moment has that 30s punishment AS WELL AS the cost of resummoning. You have to consider more than one thing when using something that can be a very powerful cooldown. So 2/3 suggestions are BUFFS and the first needed more clarity, I agree. But even the OP admitted he didn't think that through before posting.

    So again, chill out and talk about your own suggestions and give your own opinions. There's no point calling me out on judging people, when I wasn't judging the person. I was merely stating that the suggestions are verging more towards buffs than QoL.

    Well, if we're talking QoL, how about just making Silent Dusk and OGCD instant cast? Or just delete it and add a skill we can actually use?

    Since Selene's status as a self-nerf if summoned at this point is the biggest, most garish flaw SCH has.

    changing selene in anyway can make the healer balance out of wack. Dissipation is a very good skill the only downside of it is losing the fairy for 30 seconds is should be really much of an issue the mp cost and cast timer of the fairy isn't even that bad anymore.

    I get that heavily modifying Selene in any way risks messing with game balance, but right now Silent Dusk is a dead skill. The Fairy AI simply wrecks the otherwise usefull skill since she takes way too long to cast it. It fails at being an interrupt since Selene thinks too long.

    I don't feel like fixing that singular issue and making OGCD and instant (like all other interrupt skills in the game) is a buff at all. Especially if no change is done to her haste and AOE cleanse.

    The only change we'll see is players over 40 may opt for Selene.
