    Maybe those individuals would actually rather play solo in their own fc, than be in an fc with a lot of other people. Social anxiety is a thing that exists. Now I'm not saying they're definitely not flippers, because I'm sure there are some. But there are some folks out there that just want to keep to themselves.

    And why are they more entitled to a house than other individuals, who are currently locked out from buying? People gaming the system because "social anxiety" are still gaming the system and getting an unfair advantage.
