    Welp, there are now new PFs up with a bunch of people saying "selling FCs with house" now, so who really benefited from this? People who only made FCs to sell houses for profit.
    Who is the real selfish ones here? Those with FCs who buy out the houses quick, to sell to others for more $$ for themselves?
    Or people who wanted their own house, like so many others that have their own house.
